Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
